This is the first product I've seen that combined them with caffeine. It was nice to find that the softgel capsule did not have a bad taste of maca. Despite the fact that I do not feel quite the same energy boost I usually get from 200mg of caffeine, this product does not cause any jitters or anxiety like some of the other 200mg caffeine products that I have used before. Do not get me wrong, I do feel some energy from 1 softgel, but I think it's more of a sustained release, possibly from the MCT oil buffering the caffeine's absorption. I still think it's a very high quality product, though!.

As in the past, I have used plain caffeine tablets, but I always felt jittery and anxious afterwards. I feel energized while using this product without being anxious about it. It seems to also improve my mood and outlook in general.

In spite of other popular caffeine pills that are packaged in white bags, I chose to try this one. prefer this version because it has a longer lasting effect and we don't crash when we use it. With the other one we used to take, we'd regularly get headaches if we didn't take it. With this one, there is a more steady release of caffeine. We did not experience any negative side effects or headaches with this one.

In place of Extra Strength Excedrin, I thought probably just a dose of caffeine would be sufficient. As I expected, I thought one pill would be like a coffee, but it wasn't quite like that. I tried two, but that made me jittery. If there was a 300mg capsule, I would cut it in half, but they are liquid gels, so I cannot split one. One cup of coffee is appropriate for those who have a high tolerance for caffeine, or one cup is enough for those who never drink coffee.
