I like it because it is a silent energy booster. As a pre-workout product, I use this before my workout, giving me that extra bit of power that I need to keep going. My experience has been that it isn't like caffeine or other energy drinks that you get a burst of energy after consuming it. In addition, there isn't any stomach pain after it has been consumed. like to add ice and sometimes fresh fruit to my smoothie. This drink will also serve as my source of fresh fruit carbs, since it is refreshing and adds carbs to the drink. The mixed berry I have has no after taste at all. As a result of this drink's extra fiber, the rest of my body is satiated. No one should be surprised by what happens when we fail to eliminate. This product will continue to be purchased for the summer road trip I am planning.
The juice tastes an amazing and mixes well, and it is not chalky in the least. I have never tasted greens that didn't taste like I was eating tons of them until I tried this! This product is great and helps me know that I get all my fruits and vegetables in for the day in such an easy (I love it! It's not overly sweet. does not have an unpleasant aftertaste. When I drink my green shake it tastes so good it's so much easier to drink! The green drink I make at work is in the middle of the day I have noticed that I'm not as sluggish around 1 pm as I am in the morning. The best part is that all you need is a scoop of water to get it to work. The next time I order, I will return!.
It is impossible for me to even consider purchasing anything else but Power Greens at this point. It's absolutely delicious, which makes it great either as a standalone or as part of a protein or smoothie or acai bowl. As far as nutrition is concerned, I am incredibly particular about what I put in my body. The research I do on products ect is very important to me. Although I had to drink vegetables, 4Kor Power Greens tastes great and I didn't feel as if I was drinking nothing but Also, it put a little spring in motion without getting me into a stall. To my knowledge, I have not been able to find greens that I wanted to take until I came across this product. At last, I have been able to consume my greens while also enjoying something delicious.
Beetroot powder gives it a little earthy flavor but not in an unpleasant manner. It seems to me that other brands add too much sweetener in order to dilute the taste of the greens/fruit combination. It's good to have it with lunch to give me a little pick-me-up in the afternoon. In fact, I feel that it gives me the energy boost that I need for the I highly recommend this product!.
