It piqued my interest to see they came out with an amino acid called lysine, and after reading the description you'll probably be as excited about it as I was. I would like it more than the mouth sores since the medication has so many benefits for me. There is a well-known hypothesis that it helps prevent them, and that's the one thing I don't need anyway, but I didn't give a damn. The fact that it's not something your body produces, helps build muscle and collagen, helps absorb calcium, helps with anxiety AND boosts your immune system is appealing to me. Since I started taking it three weeks ago, I've seen a difference in my muscle building. Every month I exercise once a week for a month, then I stop, and I've done so for the past 3 weeks now, and I've definitely noticed the changes with my muscles and my overall fitness level as well. This brand of L-lysine worked well for me I use it just like I use that other stuff for my cat, lysine for human consumption. There is no taste to the tablets, and they are easily swallowed. They weren't as huge as I was expecting, but they were still pretty large. My old brands were round and large pills that were hard The first reason I took lysine was to prevent cold sores and to reduce the healing time.
