I am able to keep it at bay with this product, but when I do have a flare up, it helps it heal much faster. Normally I take 2 capsules a day, but when I have a flare-up I take 4. I am so glad to see it in a capsule! You'll find it easier to swallow when it is softer! The cream is highly recommended if you have any type of skin problem!.
