I bought it on the internet because I didn't like Sustained- Release. When I first opened the capsule, it didn't taste like the L-formula. I used to purchase arginine as a powder. Some of it got on my hand, and when I tried to wash it off, it started acting like soap. Is it supposed to have a soapy feel to it?.
