I think it does what it is supposed to do

As soon as it was delivered, it could not be screwed on because it had a hard black plastic covering It was very difficult to get a screw in there once I cut that part of the plastic off. I finally managed to screw it in, but the soft plastic that wraps around the inner hard plastic was only glued about 75% of the way. It squirts water on the outside of it and you have to squeeze it hard to allow water to enter the connector when I fill it with water. I can see my finger turning red in the picture with the water squirting because I am squeezing it hard. Either it is a broken one or this is a cheaply made product. Despite the fact that it may just be me, I find it quite useful. The spray gets squirted into the bug, and it can be cleaned after a couple of times.
