You're not supposed to worry about it. I really like the size, and the aluminum material makes it even better. The packaging was also hassle free. Despite some manufacturing errors on my unit, I do not think I can give it 5 stars.
A shard of metal can be seen in plain sight in one of the holes, while partial shards are visible in the other four. In the Cleanstream kit, the nozzle was a standard cylinder nozzle that was quite uncomfortable and sometimes even painful to use. This was my first time using it and I am happy with it. I found the cushion very comfortable and there was no pain associated with it.
The polish on it is nice, but I agree with what some say about the holes feeling rough when inspected.
