As my old one leaked, I bought this one, but was disappointed to find that the bottom valve leaks significantly more than I had previously assumed.

". This is not a good buy! During an enema, it is impossible to refill the reservoir easily because it has a "one way valve. ". By unscrewing the tip and using a funnel, you can refill the solution. You have a hard time doing that when you administer the enema yourself. The tip had also leaked all over the bed even though I had made sure it was screwed down tightly. It was only yesterday that I needed it for the first time, so I just missed the return window. This $200 was a complete waste. It would be much cheaper to buy a regular bulb syringe, made by a different manufacturer. Very disappointing!.

There is no use to the "one way valve" since the valve is located at the bottom, so. All the valve does is push air into your intestines, a lot of air that makes you feel awful. If you get water in the one-way valve, it pulls air into the bulb, and all the dirty water is able to pass into it. The water goes straight down the drain without going anywhere else. This is a useless air enema. There is nothing more disgusting than this piece of sh$t that gargles water in your butt while pushing huge air bubbles inside of you and leaking all over your hands, thighs, butt, and floors. As if that weren't enough, this junk returns ALL the water back to the bulb. Why does this man look the way he does? It's not like you stupid jokin' 'mothafu ka sell this kind of stuff. People get on their nerves when they hear it.
