The new formula is extremely slick, wears off quickly, and does not provide the same level of protection as the previous one. I used to be willing to pay a premium for lip protection. But I still wanted to cut down on the attacks, so I tried taking one pill per day and using the Cold Stick on the smaller blisters. For a while, it appeared that they were starting more often, but this double defense never developed. Then, miracle of miracles, the recurrence started to fade and eventually stopped. I know, I know, another one will appear tomorrow, but I've got to tell you, this is the first true relief I've ever experienced.
The name gives the wrong impression. L LYSINE is not present in the product. The only thing it has is a sunshade. a deceptive alias.

I was excited to try the new orange flavor, especially after hearing that it was greasier. Thankfully, I only had to pick it up and put it on. It's identical to the previous version. It makes me feel better because this product works wonders on my cold sores.

It was eight years ago today. I take L- Every day, I take lysine capsules to boost my immune system and reduce my risk of cold sores. Blisters from a fever are no longer a problem. I use the coldstick when these things happen to me (usually when I'm under a lot of stress, have chapped lips, or have a cold). Within a few days, the issue is resolved. Because I'm allergic to ChapStick and Blistex, I use the coldstick instead. to maintain the health of your lips I always have one with me, either in my pocket or purse. I use it at night to keep my lips moisturized while using my breathing machine, and it's fantastic! I keep extra tubes in my nightstand so I don't run out and can help others with cold sores. They've had the same success as I have, and I'm not going to use anything else now!.
