Me My Elos Replacement Cartridge 6,000 Light Pulses (Fits Me devices with black logo circle)

A replacement cartridge was available for $35, which I thought was a great deal. Upon receiving it, I was tempered in my excitement. In the first few moments after turning on my elos, it indicated a battery life of 50%. Not knowing what to do, I returned it and asked for a replacement cartridge, frustrated but thinking, maybe this time is different. As soon as it arrived, the same problem arose. Before the first use, 50% of the battery had been used. Boo BU- It's only $35, which is about 30% off what I typically pay, but I don't get anything for it if you only get 50% life. You are a tip! I say no There is a lot to be thankful for with Amazon's The second cartridge is going back to be returned, and I will buy a new one instead. A higher price may seem unjust, but it will be worth it in the long run when I have a cartridge that has 100% life before the first refill!.

Now I am on the verge of giving up on it. With this product I don't have to shave as much as before or have to groom as often, but if I go longer without grooming it will be a hot mess! My only mistake would have been to purchase this product. Since I am African, I would not have purchased it. Since I am American with fairly light skin, I will let someone with lighter skin use this and update my review because I know that African-Americans have darker skin tones than I do. Skin color can sometimes cause problems when dealing with people from other cultures You can treat yourself at home with lasers.

Within three months of purchasing the device, it no longer worked. In contacting Illuminage Beauty to find out if we could return the product under warranty, they declined to do so as our receipts indicated we purchased the product from a retailer outside of the warranty period Dealer RMK Distributors, an authorized distributor of RMK. When you have emailed multiple times In spite of our emails with Illuminage Beauty customer service, we still do not have warranty coverage for our machine. I find it incredibly disappointing. Since this was such an expensive purchase, I would have expected the manufacturer to stand behind their product without hesitation throughout the entire process. There is no need for the ultimate customer to pay for something that RMK, Illuminage, and Amazon agreed to sell on amazon. However, RMK's decision to sell it on amazon is an issue between it, them, and Amazon.

Whenever I watch the Me Elos, I get a thrill. It is so nice not to have to shave. I have been using it once a month for over a year now. My underarm is the only part of my body I find difficult, but the rest of my body is straightforward.
