I have so far had no issues with it

In addition, As far as I can tell, I am happy with my new DEESS device so far. Initially, the device did not turn on while it was being tested. It turns on after the lamp is first inserted, but not before. I contacted the DEESS team and it was determined that the lamp must be inserted first for it to work. Despite my emails being very prompt and their excellent customer service, I am still happy with their service. My only experience with it so far is using it a few times and updating with the subsequent outcome.

I just received the device. Everything is going smoothly so far. I primarily purchased this lamp for my chin hair but I'll be testing both the acne and rejuvenation lamps as well.
I will need to update this once the 10-day mark comes around In 12 weeks, the results will be in.
