I just did a side-by-side comparison of the two and say "Yes." The only difference I can see is that the Costco razor has an aqua strip above the blades, whereas the Amazon razor has a white strip. They both shave just as well.
Yes, you're purchasing three 12-packs for a total of 36.

Great shave for a low price; in the long run, these are less expensive to use than a high-priced razor with expensive refills. I've purchased several times. I have a thick beard, so each one lasts a long time.
This razor is excellent in every way. I've tried store brands, but they don't compare to the Gillette in terms of quality and performance. Thank you very much.
I keep coming back to the Gillette Sensor2 Pivoting Head after trying a few different brands. It is the most suitable option.
For as long as I can remember, I've been using Good News Pivot Plus. I can remember the first disposable razors, and I've always found them to be far more effective than electric razors or depilatory methods (a la Nair and others). Every day in the shower, I shave my underarms and legs (add my Mediterranean ancestry to my deteriorating eyesight, and you have a need to shave every day). The message of Good News is effective. I'm only snagged once in a while, and it's usually because I'm too lazy to change my razor. You can't beat the price, and the Amazon subscription service is pure convenience, and my thirteen-year-old daughter enjoys it as well. I would strongly suggest it!.
I was a little worried about these blades because they had white lube strips on them, which I had never seen before, and I was used to the blue strips that Costco used to sell. Let me tell you that I've been shaving with this older product for several months now, occasionally switching back to my (few left) blue strip originals, and these ssensor2's are actually far superior to any of the other options. I have an angry, mature man's beard with grey hairs, which is very difficult to shave, and these razors last me at least 7 shavings, no cuts, no mess, and I respectfully throw them out after a week and move on to another The white lube strips wear down evenly, preventing cuts caused by uneven wear patterns. Take my word for it: these are my new favorite razors for this beardy, shave-against-the-grain guy.
I shave with an electric shaver most of the time, but I do use a razor occasionally. I switched to these two blade razors from the three and five blade razors on the advice of my dermatologist because they prevent ingrown hairs. The 5 blade razors pull your hair up to cut it closer (which gives you a closer shave), but if your hair is curly like mine, they can also cause ingrown hairs. I believe they are also more hygienic because I use one and throw it away.
They are efficient and effective at what they do. Sharp blades on a cheap enough razor that I don't mind throwing out at the first sign of dullness. Simple, light, and effective. I'm the type of cheapskate who would try to squeeze a few more weeks of use out of every disposable item I used. Yes, their blades were excellent, but these are equally so. My beard is thick, curly, and razor-resistant. Ingrown hairs are a common occurrence in my body. These razors appear to be on their way out. I have no reservations in recommending them.
