Ben, all my Tweezerman "tools" are still as sharp as they were when I bought them, some are well over five years old now. As I have already shown, I would recommend sending them back to Tweezerman so that they can sharpen them, since you are obviously unable to do so on your own.

My previous pair of Tweezerman scissors had been dropped too many times on their heads so I bought these scissors in place of them. It seems that these scissors are a little nicer at the tip or point, so there is less chance of my upper lip jabbing. This is a great pair of scissors and I would recommend it. Although I rarely use the included comb, it has yet to break.
The fit is tight and very nice. A microserrated blade that is sharp and precise. Steel that has been frozen. That's what I like about.
The comb was of poor quality and fell apart after a few months of light usage. This was not something customer service was willing to assist with. It is definitely worth it to buy comb and scissors, but not for the scissors alone. You can skip the comb if you get the scissors.
I like the scissors a lot Because of the microserrations on the blades, you can easily build and cut mustache hair with them. The cutting is effective along the entire blade, but is particularly effective near the tip. Overall, the scissors are of a size that makes them convenient for travel, yet comfortable in the hand. These are not ordinary household scissors. They are designed to perform the function which they were made for. The gel is not surgical grade and I have formerly used one from my first aid kit on my beard, but it is lighter and should last as long as the one from my first aid kit. However, the comb is very poorly made and is poorly tailored to the size and style desired. If you want a Kent, go for it.
The Tweezerman accessories are all excellent and this one has the same strong and durability as the others.
The split ends of my hair were too long to be trimmed by the local barber, so I bought these scissors. The brand I trust for tweezers is known to deliver, so I expected them to do so. While they claim to be sharp, their claims have failed to live up to the standards as most of the hairs I trimmed have split again, and now more "frayed", The point of the blades is too blunt. Don't do it!.
These scissors are fantastic. The gloves are a little small for my big hands, but other than that I am very I like the little comb, but it isn't spectacular. My favorite part of the scissors is the metal used. These scissors are very hard-wearing and don't show any signs of rust despite being routinely wet. They look like stainless steel and the brushed surface is very nice. They're great to use Over a year ago, I started using both of them and am very happy with them.
