The item was in good condition.
A lot of the grooming scissors sold on Amazon are really poor quality. Drug stores in the United States also do so. Although they're not as good as some of the European brands, these scissors are better than most drug store brands and better than most of what you can buy on Amazon. It isn't very precise, but it is good enough to work in the majority of cases (unlike cheap knives). Since the tip of these knives is rounded, it is difficult to hurt yourself. I hope the TSA won't object if I carry them through the airport.
This pair of scissors was purchased for my husband to trim his facial hair and replace his current ancient pair. Chinese scissors are being used to make these. In general, I think that these scissors are okay, but my husband and I prefer a more curved blade, and not just curved tips. Taking advantage of the blunt ends and large finger grips, as well as the smooth operation of the blades, is pleasing to both of us. I find the scissors not all that sharp with my husband who is trying to trim his sideburns, but my husband says that they are sharp enough. It doesn't matter because it isn't for me, it is for him, so he is satisfied. 4. 0 out of 5.
They are larger than the clippers he normally uses. The upgrades he has seen so far have been positive.
