It's not something I've ever tried to quantify. A few tablespoons, at the most. It would vary according to the individual. It's effective, but not as powerful as some other gargles. It works wonders on cuts and scrapes as well!

Although I am not a doctor, I would answer "yes." " I've been using this for years to treat anything that happens inside my mouth or between my lips. You can gargle with it and/or apply it to a cotton swab (I've used Kleenex or a piece of paper towel) and place it next to the troublesome area, according to the directions. I've added another gel-based product to the mix. as if it were a tube of material I'm not sure what it's called, and I don't have any right now, but I'm sure a pharmacist can tell you. S is a constant companion of mine. Even if you bite your cheek or inside your lip, having 37 on hand can help. It's fantastic!

We always had ST37 in our medicine cabinet when I was a kid, and if we got the flu, we'd take a teaspoon in OJ or apple juice and the symptoms would go away. We disobeyed the instructions and took it internally. When we had a sore throat, we gargled with it as well. 1 tblsp ST37, 1 tblsp water We used it to treat cankers as well. I don't want to be without it, so I dipped a small cotton ball in ST37 and applied it to the canker for as long as I could stomach the taste. It's a wonder drug, and I'm glad Amazon has it.
Well, I've been a nurse for 20 years and I use this stuff on all of my cuts and tooth problems because it heals quickly and prevents infection. I've been using this product since 1979, and it's fantastic!.
You can relate to this if you've ever had a canker sore or a fever blister. It has a clean and numbing effect for a while; I don't believe it cures anything, but it feels good for a while, which is good when you've had these little devils in your mouth!.

There is definitely room for improvement in the packaging department. Mine came in a bubble envelope-style package with broken liquid leaking all over it, as if it had been stepped on. It should have been secured in a box and packaged better. Disappointed to the point of frustration. Smdh, I'm out of money.
