The ICY MINT Flavor contains Xylitol as well as a higher concentration of Mint and Menthol. Although Mint is primarily used to enhance flavor, it also helps to improve breath odor. Although xylitol has been shown to improve overall oral health, research is still ongoing and no definitive monograph has been published on the topic.
If you lick your hand and wait for it to dry, you can get a good idea of how your breath smells, or you can ask a friend. I'm referring to a true pal!
In a word, yes. I'd suggest gargling for a minute or two for those.

He had the most revolting breath, which smelled like a septic tank. He uses a water pick and regular store-bought mouthwash and has excellent oral hygiene. We even went out and bought a tonsil stone kit to see if that was the source of the bad odor. br>We placed a last-minute order for TheraBreath and received it the night before his appointment. br>IT WAS LIKE A TURNING POINT! The bad breath was no longer an issue after using this method. He has to keep it in his mouth for about a minute, then spit it out and rinse for another 30 seconds. br>You should definitely give it a shot. It was well worth it for us, and I'll be using it in the future!.
This product has a 24-hour battery life. What a fantastic product, which was previously unavailable. I would brush, floss, and use mouthwash, but after an hour, bad breath would appear. I gargled and ate breath mints for the rest of the day - It was only for a short period of time. My breath was fresh from 8 a. m. to 10 p. m. on my first use of this product. Even though I didn't rinse at night, my breath was noticeably better in the morning. For swish, I use half a cap, and for gargle, I use a little less. For me, the suggested dosage is excessive. I'm drinking the Icy Mint flavor. Quite powerful - I kind of like blue Listerine, but I prefer the fresh minty sensation. br>br>For me, this lasts a full day. br>br>Excellent item - Finally, I've found a way to deal with the humiliation of bad breath.
The company claims that this product is non-toxic in LARGE LETTERS. This is partially true, but not entirely. I purchased the icy mint flavor, which has a pleasant and mild flavor when swished around for a few seconds. The instructions, on the other hand, state that you must rinse for a full minute before gargling for another 30 seconds. Following the initial 20 seconds- 30 seconds of tingling- 60 seconds of burn time lava. After another ten seconds of gargling, I decided that good breath wasn't worth a 911 emergency call, so I stopped. I like the flavor at first, and I believe it works, but I'm not sure if it works any better than other mouthwashes when used for the same amount of time, and I'd only buy it again if it were the same price as the leading brands.
I have a bad case of halitosis, and I used to be a big fan of Listerine mouthwash. But even after using it, I would still have bad breath! I had reached a point where I needed a change and was desperate. I looked for a cure on Amazon. I happened upon this by chance. I had never heard of the brand before and had never seen it in a drug store, but I figured it was worth a try. In my opinion, it is a little pricey for mouthwash, but the results are immediate. I've tried other mouthwashes, including chlorahexadine, but this is the only one that has worked so far. It has a minty, refreshing flavor to it. On the plus side, I can kiss my wife without having to deal with the horrible odor, so it's been a win-win situation. Give it a try; it could be the product that helps you breathe better.
Breath freshener extraordinaire! This stuff is incredible! It is unquestionably more expensive than regular mouthwash, but I have a bad breath problem - This stuff works wonders for me, especially when I'm stressed, but my partner swears by it. br>br>It claims to last overnight, so we gave it a shot one night just for fun - I didn't brush my teeth before bed (just for testing purposes; I don't normally do or recommend this), but I did use the mouthwash. My partner reported that my breath was still fine the following morning. br>br>To tell you the truth, I'm a huge fan of this stuff!.
I was skeptical. . . br>br>About ten years ago, I had a persistent sinus infection. My sinuses took four months to clear up, and I've had breathing problems ever since. It's not from my mouth; it's from my sinuses, and no matter how much I brushed/flossed/gargled/neti potted, the results were only temporary. And you can imagine how low my expectations were after ten years of futile efforts. Allow me to state unequivocally that this stuff is effective. It smells a little like Listerine, but it doesn't taste anything like it. It has a pleasant flavor and does not burn. This is something I will definitely purchase again!.

I purchased this product because I mistakenly assumed it was made by the same people who created TheraWorx, a product with a similar name that has proven to be a miraculous treatment for my severe foot and leg cramps. But, as good and effective as TheraWorx is, TheraBreath has proven to be extremely harmful. I should have spit it out the second the burn started, but the directions said to keep it in your mouth for a certain amount of time (I'm not sure how long). My tongue, gums, and palate were on fire when I finally ejected it, and blisters developed as a result. I was able to resume normal eating after two weeks. br>br>I threw both bottles away without even contacting the company; I was so angry at them for making and selling a product that could cause such harm that I didn't want to deal with them or the product in any way. But I was remiss in not writing this review until Amazon suggested I reorder it all these months later! It's a classic case of "once burned, twice shy. " Although I haven't read any other reviews, the number of stars given by reviewers suggests that my reaction was unusual. Still, a word of caution: caveat emptor. It's a possibility that it will occur to you.
