Initially, four were purchased, but one proved to be sufficient. To plug a tooth, only a small amount is required. I had a Cavity that exposed a nerve, and it hurt so much that I used this to cover it. I couldn't take it off for nearly 20 days because it worked so well. I didn't mind at all until I got a tooth infection and couldn't get the putty out because it was solid as a rock. Covering a cavity does not magically eliminate tooth decay, as I discovered the hard way. This is an excellent painful life lesson.
Although I prefer a longer-lasting sealer, this product works well when reattaching a crown. br>It works well on molars with a healthy attachment that hasn't decayed. br>It usually lasts a month [30 days] before it comes undone. br>I eat a lot of raw fruits and vegetables, as well as nuts, seeds, and other 'crunchy' foods. br>Steaks are not my favorite. This product was completely ineffective. They don't accept returns, so I have a very small amount used from one container and five unopened boxes, as well as no refund for a useless product. I don't recommend purchasing this product.
Finally, I heard about do-it-yourself kits and decided to purchase one. Because I see that it takes hours to dry, I applied it to both front teeth in the middle of the night.
