My TMJ means that I have to sleep with a chomper in so that I don't grind my teeth down to stubs and that it props open my mouth all night so that my throat and mouth dry out so badly that I have trouble sleeping. For months, I suffered from bad breath before considering that dry mouth causes a greater amount of damage to teeth than teeth These are the products I tried after researching other products for the same problem and seeing that all other products have very short lasting results. The majority of people who use CPAP and oxygen machines use these. Upon taking the tablets, you will salivate, and then your saliva will mix with the dissolved tablets, leaving a thick coating in your mouth to stop it from drying While I see some negative reviews complaining about the goo, if you experience chronic dry mouth and throat pain as I do, you would rather have the goo in your mouth than waking up 16 times throughout the night in order to swish with water. The goo is a superior solution to dry mouth, I suppose, but my recommendation is to use it over the powder. It is a win win, because the germs in your mouth eat the xylitol till they explode and die, so you don't have quite as much poop breath in the morning because you don't have so many germs around.

This is a good option if you use a CPAP. The mornings would always start with me having a dry mouth. These are not the right ones.
