The dentist I went to several years ago told me these existed. As I was unsure of how well the adhesive would be able to hold overnight, I didn't try them. My extensive dry mouth had recently made me realize I really needed to try these overnight. In my experience, they work well overnight and adhere well to clothes.

The XyliMelts are something similar. It has been a while since I began using them after my dentist recommended them to me.
Security packages are usually bought in the 40 unit size. There are tablets in the 40 package that seem to be just a little bit bigger than the previous ones, and I prefer them.

Dry mouth should only be treated with this product because it is the best by far. It's been awhile since I used sprays or gels, but I've used various disks in the past. XyliMelts is the only product of its kind. The CPAP machine that I use with this is awesome.
