It's pretty bad for your teeth. There are incredible bubbles that foam in this cream that wash the mouth thoroughly! I've never seen any product like Colgate's amazing set of products, which includes whitening and baking soda with hydrogen peroxide to make you feel as if there are no bacteria in your mouth.
