My dentist and oncologist recommended it and I have been using it for quite some time It's hard for me to tell if there is any effect on this. The mouthwash I've been using has not affected my dental check-ups, so I don't think it is the result of As long as I don't want to use mouthwash that contains alcohol, I continue using this product. It also does not have a strong taste.
