Over the past few weeks, I've woken up with a dry mouth and a feeling that I couldn't breathe as soon as I fell asleep. Although I knew it was all in my head, I did not enjoy the feeling of having a dry mouth. Several friends suggested I try rinses, lozenges, and drinking lots of water before going to bed (I did a lot of research and talked to friends about it). It was not until I tried this product, which acts like a salve inside your mouth, that I found relief. I have experienced a return to my normal sleeping patterns since I began using it. My IBS flares would be chronic because of the sugar alcohols in this, in particular Xylitol and Sorbitol. I used this for a few years and thought it was helping but learned that the sugar alcohols were causing the flares. Because my dentist thought my irritated gums were caused by a dry mouth, I was using it. My mouth is dry when I snore, and many people who snore have that as well. While I never felt the product dry up my mouth, I used it and it didn't help my gum issues although it aggravated them a little As soon as I discontinued using the product, I noticed that my gums were less sore and my IBS responded more positively. It's good to remember that things that may be helpful with one issue, may also be harmful with another different issue if they were administered in the same person. I counted it as a "learning experience", but passed it along to those who may have bowel problems or gum issues. It was my intention to give this a one star review because I wanted people to read it and, as we all know, we normally read the one star reviews first. All things considered, it may be useful for many people. However, in this case I was not satisfied with the item.

It surprised me that the flavor is so squish up a bubble with my fingertip, drop it onto my tongue, and then swish it I have a thin layer of skin covering my tongue and teeth.
