How should it be worn? Should it be worn on both the top and bottom teeth at once?

What are the ways in which it molds?

Set up some boiling water and place the guard on a spoon. Dip the guard into the water for a few seconds, lift out, let cool for a few seconds (not to burn) and then place it in your mouth lined up correctly. Bite down firmly without moving your lips. It should fit right into your mouth. As such, this is how we work. Carefully do it so as not to burn yourself.

This is not the first time I have bought from you. This product is worth a great review, even though I do not shop online much. In recent years, I have used several mouth guards to protect my teeth, and this one is by far the best. It is uncomfortable

It did not come with instructions on how to install. To find the video, I had to go to YouTube. We followed instructions in a video, but it didn't give enough information, so most of the pieces were damaged at a second's notice. I had to wear an uncomfortable one after fitting one finally. All I could do was fit it as best as I could. It didn't help in the slightest.

Material that is soft

When I brush my teeth, I sometimes bleed my gums even though they don't hurt. My bruxism was so bad that I had to wear mouth guards and I was afraid it would damage my gums more, but it worked really well. I really like the material, and it doesn't irritate my gums. I feel that the sock fits well to me, and it fits so well. Wearing it at night was actually quite comfortable for me.

I like it just the way it is

A friend of mine recommended this mouth guard to me when I was having trouble finding one that fitted well. So, now I don't have to keep looking! I started by boiling the mouthguard until it cooled off. Then I bit into it and instantly had my mouthguard. It fits right to my mouth, is comfortable to use, and likes to stay in place during activity. You're the best!.
