It was hard to see how anyone could use this product, let alone keep it in their mouths. It was my initiative to return the product. This tooth guard is designed to prevent teeth grinding and keep the tops and bottoms of the teeth from meeting, so I guess that protects the front teeth in that respect. However, it is not a sports guard. *br>This does not seem to "fit" The rocking can be prevented only by closing your mouth, but even then, it's hard to keep it in place. The product I'm reviewing is not recommended.
