I misplaced my night guard a few weeks ago, and since all dentist offices are currently closed, I decided to look on Amazon for an alternative to the $600 custom night guard my dentist sells. I made the decision to try it. br>br>On Monday, I placed an order for a custom night guard. On Wednesday, I received the impression kit at my apartment. When I first opened it, I was taken aback by how clear the instructions were. Before I attempted it, I read the instructions from beginning to end. It took approximately 60 seconds to complete this task. Then I formed an initial opinion. It took 6 minutes to complete, including the time I spent staring at my phone while waiting. Making an appointment with my dentist, driving there, waiting in the waiting room, and then doing this there is a lot faster. br>br>The impression itself was simple to create - especially since I first read through all of the instructions and then sent a photo of the first impression to the email address listed in the instruction booklet to double-check that I had done everything correctly. Within ten minutes, the company replied! Despite the fact that it's thinner, I haven't managed to leave any teeth marks on it (which I did in two nights with the one my dentist gave me about a year ago), so I assume the plastic they're using is simply stronger. br>br>I received updates from their customer service email along the way, including tracking numbers and other information, and I was impressed with how quickly they reviewed the photo of my first impression I sent in. This entire process went much more quickly and smoothly than I had anticipated. This company comes highly recommended by me to anyone looking for a new night guard!.

This product appears to be excellent, and I was excited to try it out, but unfortunately, the mold had already hardened before I could even test it. Is there any chance we can come up with a solution? Is it possible to get a replacement or receive a refund?.

So far, I like the product, but it's very thin and discoloring after a few weeks, and the back teeth on the guard aren't complete, only the top of the tooth, so it won't stay on, and the edges were sharp and excess material wasn't removed upon arrival, so I'm afraid it'll crack/break soon, so I don't think it's worth $90.

He reassured my worried nerves by offering to send out a new set of putty the following day. br>br>After receiving the putty, I carefully followed the instructions on the box for the second time. You're given a pre-paid shipping label, and I received my mouthguard in 10 business days after dropping off my box. It's been a week, and I'm still blown away by how thin it is and how well it fits my teeth. It's so small that I don't even notice it.
