  I've been complaining about a sore tongue on the side near my teeth for the past two visits to the dentist, and each time they say they couldn't find anything to blame it on, such as a sharp tooth or a bad filling. They inquired if I grind my teeth at night, to which I replied that I haven't done so in years. br>br> When I returned home and spoke with my wife, she informed me that I grind my teeth almost every night! br>br> I bought this product to see if it could assist me, and it did. I'm not sure if the guard protects my tongue (which I doubt) or if it simply helps me remember not to grind while sleeping. br>br>I don't mind which it is; I just don't get sore after a couple of nights in it.

They are extremely relaxing. You get several, so you can keep one in your travel bag, one in your medicine cabinet, and even one in your room. So you won't wake up with a clenched jaw or a throbbing headache from grinding your teeth when you take those quick naps. These things are lifesavers. br>br> I'll tell you and a friend about them, and I'd even tell my family about them because I'm so comfortable with them. br>br>This mouth guard saved me money, but it cost $280 to my dentist. For one, that's exactly what he desired. I bought four and only use one of them at night while sleeping on my bottom teeth. My grinding continues while I sleep, but I no longer have a sore jaw when I wake up. My dentist said he could see it in my teeth and offered to make one for me, but I refused. I opened the package after it arrived in the mail. After that, I washed all four guards and chose one that I thought would be a good fit. I microwaved a glass cup for two and a half minutes on high. I took out the cup, waited a minute, and then dropped in the guard until it began to curl. I then took it out with a fork and waited a second before placing it in my mouth at the proper temperature. Mold that is perfect for staying in all night. br>br>I'm really glad I took the time to do this. Best of luck with the late-night drudgery.

I chose it because it was available in small sizes that would fit my tiny mouth. First and foremost, make sure it does not come into contact with the pot's bottom or sides, or it will stick and become misshapen. After that, you must quickly shape it to your teeth. This was not a success for me. I put it away after molding it, and when I went to put it back on, it hurt, so I repeated the process, but it still didn't fit properly. They aren't in use by me. br>br>Then, a month later, I notice I have a letter from Kirkland in the mail. Ellis is currently residing in California. I live on the east coast, and I received a letter from a law firm partner asking me to rate and review a mouth guard for $5. I'm hoping that both the company and the lawyer are aware of the unethical nature of this situation. Why don't you just leave me alone and let me order my shoddy mouth guard from Amazon?.

I was perplexed by this product because it had excellent reviews and one of the reviews showed a very thin guard, so I assumed it was similar to the one my dentist had made for me previously. However, when I received the product and carefully followed the instructions, I was unable to get it to mold to the thinness that one of the pictures/videos on the review showed. I'm not sure if this is the same product, and the worst part is that the mouthguard shrank so much that I couldn't mold it any longer.

I like the softness of this dental guard. My dentist recommended that I purchase a dental guard, which I did and received two days later. The instructions are simple to understand. These guards are ideal because they are softer and more flexible, possibly due to the fact that they were not designed for sports impact, and they were exactly what I required. br>br>I use it on my bottom teeth because that's how I've always done it. It has a tight fit and does not fall out during the night. The first night I wore it, it left a slight chemical taste in my mouth, which made me feel nauseous. But it's been fine since then; I've been wearing it for a few days, now at night, to keep my teeth from grinding, and it's perfect.
