When it's heated up, you can flatten it as much as you want. You can reshape it until it's exactly how you want it. It's also not too difficult once it cools, which is a plus.
Because I grind my teeth at night, I use it while sleeping. For me, it's fantastic!

I've experimented with a plethora of mouth guards. The majority of them were literally spit out while I slept. I realized that too much plastic in my mouth was not good for me. So I've looked for mouth guards with the least amount of plastic several times, but I've always ended up with mouth guards that I had to cut before molding because there was too much plastic - It hurts when you have to cut them because the cut edge is always a little sharper, no matter what you do. I finally realized that using mouth guards on my bottom teeth rather than my top teeth is 20 times more comfortable for me - However, all mouth guards advise you to mold to your top teeth for some reason! Regardless. br>br> I'd never seen mouth guards made specifically for women before. I guess I never looked, because none of the other mouth guards I've tried specifically stated that they were designed for MEN, even though I suppose MEN are the default humans or something. It's incredible that there is a company that cares about women! Wow! br>br>I am extremely pleased with my purchase. It had less plastic than any other mouth guard I'd tried, which made me very happy. It was completely untrimmed by me! Despite this, I molded it to my bottom teeth rather than my top teeth. I've been sleeping with it for about a week now and have had no problems with it. Continuing to be content:.
The molding itself is simple, but if you leave it in hot water for too long, it shrinks and becomes thicker and thicker, as I discovered with my first attempt (top). ) There's a fine line between being too soft and not being soft enough.
I started waking up with my jaw clicking and cracking about a month ago, making talking and chewing a nightmare. I saw dentist-recommended mouthpieces as well as higher-rated and more expensive mouthpieces. I came across these because I didn't want to spend a lot of money on something that might not work. Wow! When I was younger, I had to wear mouth guards for sports, and I recall them being bulky and inconvenient. So I assumed it would be impossible to sleep with one. If you follow the instructions carefully, these mouth guards are small, form nicely to your teeth, and are quite comfortable. It's been four days since I started wearing it, and there is no clicking or popping when I wake up. br>If you're having similar problems and want to get the most bang for your buck, these mouth guards are, in my opinion, well worth a shot.
I've been grinding my teeth for most of my life, which has resulted in receding gums that will require surgery in the coming years. I used to have a professionally made bite guard that no longer fit properly after a few years, and I was too lazy to care. A huge blunder. Because 2020 has been such a disaster, my stress level has increased dramatically, causing me to grind my teeth and clench my jaw to the point where I couldn't take it any longer. When I saw these, I thought to myself, "Why not?" and I'm so glad I did. My headaches have already subsided, and I sleep soundly with no dry mouth or strange breathing, and it doesn't slip or move. It was simple to mold, so I made two at a time, and the material is easy to maintain. I also showed the product to my dentist (who also happens to be my uncle), who was impressed and pleased with how well it fit. Even if you're not sure if this is right for you, the price alone makes it worthwhile to give it a shot. I strongly advise you to:.
I won't be wearing any of them because they aggravate my jaw. I'm a clencher with a lot of strength. I began searching Amazon for mouth guards to make myself (because I didn't want to spend hundreds of dollars on another professional one) after a recent trip to the dentist. br>br>I was told the severity of what refusing to wear my mouth guards has done to my gums. br>br>I began searching Amazon for mouth guards to make myself (because I didn't want to spend hundreds of dollars on another professional one). I was pleased to discover that it is designed for women, has a smaller mouth opening, and is thinner than other mouth guards. Boom- sold! br>br>Getting four guards for such a low price is fantastic! They're very simple to mold, and the instructions were simple to follow. I messed up one guard because I wanted to see if I could make one for my bottom teeth just in case. Yeah, I had to toss that one out because these are clearly designed for top teeth. The one I made for my top teeth, on the other hand, is extremely comfortable. br>I can sleep through the night without feeling compelled to take it out, and it's more comfortable because it's thinner. I'm still waking up with a sore jaw, but that's probably to be expected when you have a jacked up jaw. At this point, I'd rather have a little discomfort than continue to damage my jaw and have my teeth fall out due to gum recession from clenching my teeth.
So. To summarize, BUY THIS! Value, convenience, and comfort are some of the words that come to mind when thinking about this product.
My teeth have worn down as a result of my inability to keep them still, especially on the right side. My bite is now uneven, and my teeth are extremely sensitive; this is the first mouth guard I've tried, and I believe I was fortunate in choosing the right brand! The guard was simple to mold (once I got the hang of it after destroying the first one). The guards, fortunately, come in four-packs. I can always make another if I lose one, and I'll still have one for the future. The guard is extremely comfortable to wear and has a secure fit. It doesn't reveal much, so I can wear it out in public, though I prefer not to do so while eating. The most important benefit is that my speech is unaffected while I'm wearing the guard, and it doesn't fall out while I'm speaking! Because I have a small mouth and short teeth, I needed to trim the tops a little. Contouring was the most difficult and time-consuming part of the process. As a result, having two sizes for these guards would be ideal.
