I don't have any headaches or jaw pain when I wake up in the morning. Perfect and, in comparison to some of the other products I've tried, relatively inexpensive. I would strongly suggest it.

My dentist discovered that I grind my teeth at night and that I needed to start sleeping with a mouth guard. Of course, the recommended mouth guard from the dentist's office was in the $500 custom-built range. After declining that offer, I went home and did some Amazon research. I've experimented with a few other well-known products. They were well-known brands, but they were excessively thick. They made me sleep with my mouth open, causing me to have dry mouth. I was overjoyed to have discovered a mouthguard that was both comfortable and effective in keeping my teeth from grinding.

Directions are written backwards, making it difficult to figure out what the next step is. The guard felt bulky in my mouth, and it went over my gums, shrinking to the point where it didn't fit my back teeth, and I was maintaining the proper temperature for less time than was recommended. Not good. They're attempting to purchase positive feedback. As a result, people are aware of it.

However, I must discard them because they did not mold well or the guards were too shallow. When I came across ASRL, I did some research on Amazon and compared a few different night guards. I was a little concerned because it was so inexpensive, but I read the positive reviews and decided to give it a try. It also came with four extra guards (two sizes) in case I made a mistake. Fortunately, the first time I molded my guards, I got it right. ) These are fantastic! And I think they're far superior to the other two guards I've used. It is not shallow, and it feels as if it "guards" and snugs my teeth. I began wearing night guards because I was having nightmares about my teeth being damaged, and I believe I was grinding my teeth in reality. Many people are worried about COVID and the pandemic. I believe that some of my anxieties caused me to grind my teeth at night. Anyway, give this product a try; it's a fraction of what you'd pay for professional dental guards from your dentist, and it's a huge fraction of what you'd pay for them.
