Yes, dental floss has gotten out of hand! I start by licking my fingers, which appears to be effective - It makes the floss and your skin more abrasive. Thank you for your interest.
It's a satisfactory product. Previously, the floss was thicker, but that was changed a few years ago. It's a little frayed these days (but it won't break, so I keep using it). It's far superior to the generic dental floss available at big box stores or at the dollar store. I think it does the job, and the mint flavor isn't too overpowering.
I'd like it if people made a point of mentioning how I don't gossip.

I despise flossing.
This is a sham. You can't cut it off without shredding it. It rips your teeth apart. To get it to slide down between the teeth, you'll have to use a lot more force. We were also flossing incorrectly for the most part. (Any floss will suffice. ) You don't go back and forth with your floss between your teeth. No. You place it between your teeth and pull it straight down. The next tooth is on the way. Try it! You'll have better dentist visits and healthier gums. I'm not sure who taught us how to floss incorrectly, but at the age of 25, I was finally corrected. Good luck with your flossing! Get some gliding!.
I only bought this floss to qualify for free shipping; I have no idea where it came from, and there is no blade to cut the floss out of it. This floss, obviously, did not pass quality control.

It's strange to write a floss review. After all, it appears to be fairly basic, and anything should work, right? br>br>Well, it turns out that some floss brands are actually bad. I've tried cheaper brands from local supermarkets, and they're nowhere near as good as this one. For starters, instead of a tiny line, this named brand is a "band," which gives the floss more flexibility, making it easier to wrap around your finger and reach in and remove more floss. Second, the band gives this brand more surface area to wrap around your hand, preventing it from slipping off your hand, as opposed to the generic brands I've used, which are extremely slippery and constantly slip off my hand, making them difficult / borderline inane to use. br>br>Overall, this is a good solution that is also affordable. If you need to cross a threshold, this is also a good filler item. It is highly recommended.
The mint flavor is subtle but pleasant, and it flosses well. There aren't any complaints, but I've had better floss from other brands. br>br>I purchased this for the sole purpose of traveling companionship. For home use, it is preferable to buy a large packet of floss in bulk at a low cost.
