This is an easy garment to put on and take off. Neither I nor I am a medical professional, and this review represents a layperson's perspective. From my age, I find myself occasionally having sore neck muscles because I feel it taking a toll on my body. My brace holds well and prevents my neck muscles from straining. Its velcro mounting makes it very easy to install. I think it does relieve a lot of minor pain for me as well as being comfortable. You may feel restricted with a neck brace, but with any, this is an adjustment. Whenever I drive, I remove the neck brace and never recommend anyone wear it behind the wheel as I know how uncomfortable it is. Having the comfort of my clothes fits my daily walk as well as occasional hikes.

Buying the neck brace from Amazon is so rewarding for me!! Initially, I only tried other neck braces and travel pillows, but these worked just as well, it relieved my arthritis pain, eased my sleep condition, and made me calmer at night. The pain I suffer from today is what's known as severe arthritis, and I was incorrectly exercised while in my teens. Now I can't work or engage in the physical activity due to pain.
