According to my understanding, it depends on the weight attached to I didn't find it useful. Compared to those hard or plastic ones, this one is significantly more comfortable. The material doesn't just flatten out just because there is some give in it.
Although it does not "smoosh" flat and provides a mild arch, adding the insert makes the arch even greater. I like that it has a more comfortable feel than the plastic version, but it doesn't arch my back as much as the plastic version.

I have had lower back problems for years, and though it might help with support like several other cushions The mattress is of good quality, but very hard and The ribbed design digs into me and was no help to me at all. If it had been a smooth surface, I could have made use of it, but the ribbed design just digs in and leaves me upset. This is not something I would recommend to my friends.
The chiropractor has been seeing me for almost a year, and I have been receiving physical therapy for about 6 months now for arthritis pain. There is a bulging disc at L4. It helped me deal with my pain to about 50%. There was still a great deal of stiffness & pain Early in the morning, there is pain. Sleeping was difficult for me because I was in pain. The back stretcher looked very appealing to me, so I bought one Okay, I see now. Astonished by how quickly it relieves my pain, I bought it. Sleep better and have fewer nightmares after using it for about 10 minutes before going to bed Sleep very well and have very little pain in the morning. In the morning before I wake up, I use it again so my day is mostly pain-free. This product is so awesome. I'm so glad I found it.
It is a back stretcher I personally really like. My back and neck are chronically achy, so I have a hard plastic back stretcher that just sits in the back of my closet for years. That's all I have to say. If, however, you want a gentler, more comfortable stretch, I strongly recommend this.
It relieves the pain in my back and gives me.
As much as my back stretcher is the problem, I think it is the severity of my back problem.
In the past few months, it has made an immeasurable difference to my mornings. It was a pleasure working with.
According to the description, it's good.
Because I wanted to determine if this new foam material will work better or not, as well as its efficacy, I decided to give it a try. There is no doubt that this is much softer and easier on my back than the plastic one I had Initially I was a little concerned about how much arch this would provide considering that the massage ball handle or foam bar bell is only so high. Even extending the handle all the way into the massage ball handle, I still have concerns. As shown in the attached pictures, the difference in height is only a fraction of an inch. In addition, foam does not adhere as well as plastic, so they do tend to sink in more, and that may diminish their I found that when I tried it for about 5 minutes per intensity level as recommended on the product page, I was satisfied with how it performed. As I had this one, I was able to handle level 4 easily whereas with my older one, I was still on level 2. In addition to its excellent functionality as a back rest, this foam stretcher also serves as a lumbar support for my office chair. The other thing I noticed is that, there is a slight odor, which I believe is due to polyurethane, so I may have to wash or rinse it a few more times to remove this smell. As well, I will use a pillowcase over this, so that should be helpful too, and it will also help keep it clean. The rest of the time I'll probably alternate between using this foam back stretcher and my older plastic one since they both seemed to be effective in relieving my back pain.
