When I was a child, I was constantly searching the internet for a metal cervical traction device that I could use for my physical therapy sessions. On YouTube I found an item of similar nature but that was rather pricey. Amazon offered this device at an inexpensive price offering the same results as the one I saw on my screen. I have been using it twice a day and notice that it has definitely reduced my neck pain. I find that, even though it cannot fix my issue, this device does reduce my level of pain significantly. The system should be used in conjunction with pain management at home.

Although it's not too expensive, I think it's a bit pricey for a non-native market The materials and build quality in this product are complex, but it is surprisingly more affordable than the other similar alternatives. I give you my one-year anniversary There is a reason for the one star less in the rating, since we had to spend a little time/effort to place the Velcro strap (and rivet buttons) around the head and chin (as shown in the image). There is no point in using the elastic bands at all, or it may be easier if they were adjustable. My personal preference is not to use them, but this is probably not the best approach medically.

My muscles feel stretched when I stretch. Let it float for a few minutes, let it deflate a little at a time, then reflate, then repeat. Just like the doctor and his therapies, I use my own way and method to return the natural curve to my cervical spine (neck). I see a chiropractor, so I use this method to reinforce what my doctor is doing. Excellent product that allows you to stretch it as much as you desire.

I think this is excellent. If you just jump into it and do it right away, your neck can stiffen up if you overdo it. So take it slow, work up to a regimen, and do it slowly. Pain radiating from the nerves is greatly reduced.
