The first thing you should do is not break your neck

However, if you decide to get a soft brace when you do end up needing one, this is the one you should get. The soft brace relieves my headaches sometimes when I get them, and I can go about my daily business without feeling stifled.

While it's an okay product, the quality is no longer as good as it used to be. We are going through an age when things are being cut corners even on food products to cut costs. It can be tough to see that when you are older and see how simple a product should feel and look. Having been old for quite some time, I do know what it feels like to wear a neck brace and I know what chocolate, sugar, chicken and real milk taste like. So, yes, getting older is disappointing when they ask about your Perhaps I should have given them a 5 out of 5 star rating by today's standards.

The product has kept my neck loose and I've not had a sore neck since I started using it at night. The pillow was a little firm and did not come with a removable cover, which caused me to be disappointed.
