Nubax Trio Back Traction Device

It was approximately a month ago that I purchased this product. Since I broke my back more than 15 years ago, I have been suffering from chronic back pain. It was recommended that I undergo decompression therapy to treat my back pain. As for going to the doctor three times a week for seven weeks, I simply did not have the time. This device has been in use for about 2 weeks now. I have been using it to communicate with my family and friends. I had previously had toradol injections, muscle relaxers that made me feel horrible, as well as ibuprofen and tylenol 2 before I had this. You should drink 3 glasses of water With this product I have not taken a single pain reliever since it was prescribed to me. Walking and moving are absolutely pain free since using this product. You don't even have to swing a golf club to feel the benefits. As a result of this, my life has changed. It is not my normal practice to write product reviews, but I was required to do so for this product. The treatment is very inexpensive in comparison to doctor appointments and injections, and it is very For this device to be useful, you need to have a strong upper body and shoulder muscles, but if you do so, it may help you more than you ever thought possible with your back. I have a lot of patients whom I think could benefit from traction working for them as a neurosurgeon. It was my intention to purchase multiple products to see which ones did provide the best, most comfortable, and most efficient This device was recommended to me by a patient, so I decided to try it out for myself. While this is a very clever and functional device, I did not give it 5 stars because the instructions were unclear.

There are better mild back stretchers on the market for a lower price. In this case, the company is overcharging for subpar equipment and taking advantage of people in pain. While it provides a mild stretch, it is easier to get into than my teeter. I have to tighten things on it constantly, however. Due to the pain my knees experience and the pressure my stomach feels, I use a mat. Although mildly stretching the lower back, it does not cause pain. It was intended to be used on my SI joint and lumbar region, and I had hoped it might also benefit You cannot get relief from mid-upper back pain or neck pain from this product. Since certain people may benefit from it, I am not allowed to advise them not to purchase it. This is at best a temporary solution. It is overpriced and doesn't really do anything. At the chiropractor, I get a better stretch when they put me on a tilt/drop table and stretch me than I do on this device. The product that I recommend is cheaply made, as you will see if you order it. A number over 89 should not be used. My opinion is that it should be $00 each. Using yoga straps is also an effective way to do similar stretches. With a sigh Since many people suffer from chronic pain, I was hopeful. Unfortunately, companies are aware that they will open their wallets to help them. After it finally breaks for good, I will throw it out, and I will not order another. As they say, you can only fool me once.

The product has been a lifesaver for me and I cannot imagine how I would do life without it. Here's how I/my condition is My height and weight are 6'2 and 250 pounds, and I have thoracic and lower back issues I also have Since I was a child, I've been dealing with this pain via my chiropractor and just living with it. As you can imagine, I have dealt with a doctor or surgeon for now, but I anticipate that someday I will need a specialist. I suffer from constant stiffness in my middle back that seems like it deserves a pop, but it never does. I get chiro adjustments as needed, but over the years it never does. A foam roller and an inversion table did little for me. As soon as I saw this, I figured I would check it out. Please read the following setup instructions carefully With clear instructions and prompt delivery, it was well made and arrived quickly. It took me about 10 minutes to put it together. I suggest you follow these guidelines for your first day That day, I used it about five times to gain a sense of how it works. While I got a good stretch, I was not overly impressed with the stretch that I got on the child's pose yoga stretch. After using it, I felt the muscles in my lower back were slightly warmer and maybe even a bit softer. A review of Days 2 & 3 It got better the more I stretched, and I got some minor pops as well. Even though I had doubts about spending $250+, I tried it anyway. The fourth day was spent working on the training plan A great day was had by all. When I used it, I was able to stretch a bit further and have more pop. In the early morning, I put it to use before bed and got a good lift in my mid back. There is still more to do, but that was the most movement I have had in that area in a long time. In addition to feeling warm, it had been sunny and warm the previous day. The crackling sounds awoke me almost immediately after I got into bed. About an hour later, I was on my side asleep. After a rollover, I realized that it was my back that was releasing, for lack of a better term. (If there is such a thing) It felt great, I would put it in my top 10 moments of my life. After I went back to sleep I heard crackling again a few hours later and in the upper part of my spine. When I woke up, there was no pain, I hadn't slept on my back, etc. I felt 20 Day 5 of my experiment started off alright. However, I was using the crap out of the machine in hopes of repeating the pop, crack experience from the previous day. As I was getting ready for my pre-performance performance that night, I hopped in the hot tub Nubax can be used at night before bed. The stretching was really forced on me, so I I experienced a tightening of my low back, causing pain to radiate to my hips and As I tried to sleep as best I could, I hobbled to my bed. I've managed to get through Day 6 of my trip It was not put to use as I rested. As the day wore on, my back began to feel better, and by the time I went to bed, I was fine. With the Nubax 2, I am able to save and load large files The product should be taken four times per day. Although I don't get good pops anymore, my back doesn't seem to feel like it needs them. But for my lower and mid back, it works great. Since the product's name refers to both a back traction machine and an inversion machine (and even something else since it use the word "Trio" in the title), I had expected a back traction machine plus an inversion machine. I would like to find something that has two positions, with one of them enabling me to hang upside down or at least be in a zero gravity position so my spine could relax. not an inversion table/machine and it does not work as inversion therapy I have received in the past. The equipment only works by propping up over a midpoint and pushing forward on the armrests (which was quite discomforting for It turned out that the stretching I could do on the biggest setting in my lower back didn't provide any more pain relief than the stretching I can do on my own without using a piece of heavy As it was not intended to be used as an inversion table or a simple back traction device, I had no choice but It appears to be a very well made piece of equipment (sturdy and well-built This product was crafted), and the seller ZBuys provided good customer service.
