You won't suffer from neck pain if you use this on a daily basis because it will keep your cervical vertebra in a natural C shape, keep your neck muscles from contracting, and keep your neck muscles from tightening.
It can provide you with a feeling of relief from shoulder pain and help you relax.
Changing the position of your head while lying on the pillow will relieve your neck
The strap is one size fits most. A person with a wider neck should be able to wear it. The space on either side of my neck is average-sized, and the width of my neck is average

As my neck adjusts, I like the option to begin using the lower side and then switch to the higher side. This is a firm mat that I am using for about 10 minutes twice a day at the moment. I've been able to relieve pain and realign my neck thanks to it.
I purchased this for stretching my neck and spine. The new shape suits me fine, I just have to get accustomed to it. There is no sponginess to it, but there is a denseness to it.
I love it! There is no pain in it, and it is so comfortable.
When I press on my neck pressure points, I feel more relaxed.
Having chronic neck and shoulder pain has made me very uncomfortable in the past few months. It doesn't matter what massage guns and ibuprofen I take, the discomfort and pain always return. My massage pillow seems to help, so I have decided to give it a try. This seemed to help me since I was always folding and bunching my pillow to get a bit more support under my neck. As soon as I used it, I could already see some benefits. It eventually even made it all the way to sleep with me. The strategy is unconventional, making it a little difficult to adjust to at first, but I believe that it has helped. This firm foam, which has nubs molded into it, keeps my neck in line and I can move a bit to work out some knots at the base of my neck by moving around. far, I am very happy with it and will continue to do so. Upon receiving this pillow, I noticed there are no heavy odors or smells attached to I did not have to let the foam air out before using it as I was not bothered by the offgassing or processing smells as I was with other foam products.
On the day before work, I woke up with a severe headache and could tell that I had slept oddly the night before. I thought I would be doomed for the remainder of the day since my neck was sore. As I was thinking of the bad boy, I remembered that I just got it. Wow, I got so comfortable on the couch and just relaxed with my neck propped up against a pillow. A bit of stretch in all the right places along with a little pressure. Having set my alarm for 15 minutes, in case I dozed off or relaxed, I set it for 15 minutes. When I tell you that I felt so much better after only 15 minutes, I am not kidding. I had no pain in my neck, no headaches, and no pain in my back. As a matter of fact, I've now added this to my morning routine. It is good to take a break from our busy lives sometimes. I would buy it again! I give it a 10/10!.
Two other neck-treats did not work for me I've stretched pillow things before this one and this is my favorite.
Like the others, this is made from a relatively firm foam material that has been coated with a textured, wipe-clean vinyl surface. Although the foam provides support, it is not hard. I like it because it's like a bicycle seat, but much more firm. Model 2 has two sides, one which is intended for gentle stretching ("for beginners"), and the other for stretching that requires more effort. There were some other neck stretchers I tried that were confusing and meant that it was difficult to figure out where to place your head and neck. I figured it out on my own this time, either because it's more intuitive, or just got better. I hear you. Anyway, I felt good with this one and my neck was able to fit in and be oriented correctly the first time. On the gentle side, I find it very relaxing and soothing, whereas on the advanced side I find it a little more energetic and This item has little molded bumps on the surface, but as of yet I have not been able to figure out if they have any therapeutic benefits. The instructions that came with this stretcher were much better than the instructions with the previous two As I read the instructions, I was surprised to find that you only need to use the product for five minutes daily. believe the other devices were used twice a day for about 20 minutes each. That's the deal. What you will out of that is up to you. 10 minutes was all I could manage. It's kind of random, but I like the light gray color, so I hope that option stays. I have a few others that are bright blue and kinda "noisy" in a strange I prefer this light gray for my home, as it blends in better with the decor.
The question of "why am I collecting neckties" isn't answered My neck has herniation and cord compression as well as osteophytes, so I've got all kinds of fun things going on.
Neck pain is quite common among those of us who look down at our phones or who sit for long periods at a desk. My issue has been bothering me for years, and changing my posture had helped, but devices like this one have made a huge difference. Simply place your yoga mat on the ground, pick a side, and let your neck muscles relax and release as you get back into a healthy position with the pillow. The two options are both gentle and effective, but I prefer one more than the other. It's good that they give you the choice depending on what works best The difference you make in just a few minutess a day could be substantial!.
