There is much better padding on this harness than on As it is, the strap that goes under the chin is too wide, so it lifts my chin too high / tilts my head back too far for my comfort. Nevertheless, this chin up position is exactly the position my hard brace puts me in, so I think it is the proper position, even though it is uncomfortable for me at this moment. Hopefully during the healing process, my head will be able to bounce back to the corrected position. In this position, your posture becomes more comfortable, and you feel more relaxed.

Whenever I suffered from a pain in my neck, I resurrected a device that I have had in the closet for years. The halter that came with the traction device was so flimsy that after about 30 minutes I was so angry at the whole thing that I almost threw it The order for the replacement halter was immediate after I found it when searching for something better. It is amazing how things have changed! Since I can use my device again without getting my hair caught or my fingers pinched, I can now use it freely. This product is very well padded, a lot easier to adjust, and so much more comfortable as well. It is a joy to be here!.

The product relieves the pressure in my neck at the base. I get some cracks to pop out down to my lower back as well. Although I am a little sore after, I enjoyed the stretch so much.

A mule tape (flat rope) was tied with a knot on the ends and tossed over a door to provide the support. As if doing a squat, I put it behind my head and under my chin, and sat as if on a bench. I was able to put it into action. The best of both worlds! That's exactly what I needed! My recommendation is to do so.

Since I started using traction over five years ago, I have used nothing else. Despite all my efforts to make it more comfortable, I have never found the chin/head support very comfortable. Recently, I came across this new head harness, and I am very pleased with my purchase. Despite the very good padding, the material feels smooth and comfortable to hold. According to them, it will fit any size head, and I wear a size 7 7/8 hat, so I didn't hold too much hope. While it would have been nice to have a little more height, it still is more comfortable than anything else It is common for me to use traction for an hour at a time, so this harness is a big help.
