The amount of pushing that I have to do and the view I have to look down causes a lot of neck and shoulder pain, which is pretty unbearable at times. There are so many things I have tried, but nothing has worked. During my search for a way to ease my pain, I found this. I started using it soon after the first time! So now I use this immediately when I even feel a little pain. For the next five minutes, I just sit or stand upright, pump it as much as I can, leave it for a minute, then pump it even more, another minute and pump even more, and then I sit or stand straight for five Wow, what a great sensation it is to stretch after I have taken it off. Despite the fact that this works in some cases, it often takes 10 to 15 minutes for the relief to truly kick in. Currently my mom has purchased one, and a good friend of mine is on the verge of doing the same. The methods I am using are working for me, and so I will continue recommending them to others.

It is often sore after removing it. When you turn it on, it is uncomfortable, but you know it's working when you burst the pump with your fist and get further advancement of the pillow. In the throat, you do get a slight feeling of discomfort. Although the feeling is not suffocating, it is unpleasant nonetheless. However, it is part of what happens when you extend your neck. The idea is that your disc may be able to fall back into place if you extend your neck. My experience has only been positive. There are no negative effects to it. I have experienced some relief in my neck pain after using it for 2 weeks, but I know a chiropractor will have to do the rest. if you are in 80 percent discomfort, this will give you at least 60 percent relief at least for a couple of hours at a time. In the short run, I think it is a good cheaper alternative to surgery. Your day will be much more productive if you take these steps. That's no way to live! Neck pain stinks!.

When I put this on, I feel pain relief. That is much better than one that hangs off of the door that puts a lot of pressure on the jaw. My chiropractor recommended this instead of those that hang off the door.
