When investing in these cards, does it include the pictures cards and if not, where should I buy them?

You do not receive picture cards with this set. It was her computer program that enabled her to print out the pictures for my son's speech therapist. The cheaper version will come with the computer program you need to print them. You can also buy a version with the computer program that comes with it.

It was not what it was supposed to be

The thing is, it goes for this thing all over the place that sells it, so it's not exclusive to this seller - when buying it as a therapy device, we were not told that the software needed to program it is not included in the price. Essentially, whatever you want to use the device for is going to take pictures either by hand, or investing in your OWN PEC cards, or buying the software (plus a color printer) for an additional 79 dollars.

I think this is a great idea

In this case, the device is outstanding. An elementary school boy who uses it constantly is 4 years old. Definitely one of the best devices out there.
