It's a nice and useful hand exercise ball that you can use if you have a bad hand grip and want to improve it.
Both are, in my opinion, advantageous. The rubber egg aids in the treatment of arthritis and neuropathy in my hands.

After a few days of use, I wondered why she hadn't progressed with them, but the return window had already closed by the time I got a chance to ask a PT, who told me they were too small and required too much strength to squeeze. br>br>Perhaps they will be able to offer a larger size than the current "large" as well as a more user-friendly option. squeeze the ball, then the orange.
br>br>It also didn't appear that there was an even gradation of firmness during the brief time we used them; The difference between medium and firm was more noticeable than the difference between the softer and firmer pairs.
These were purchased for a person who suffers from arthritis. There is a need for a more comprehensive instruction manual or exercise guides. The balls have a nice color scheme that helps to distinguish between the differences. When I received the item, it appeared to be of low quality, and the box was damaged. Once we figure out the exercises, everything should fall into place.
These therapy balls have a nice feel to them, and it's important to strengthen muscles while recovering from a serious injury. These are ideal for the various levels.
I had ulnar nerve surgery recently and am in need of some hand therapy. I got these because they looked nice and were a good price; I like them, but even the softest one is quite firm. I will, of course, continue to use them on a daily basis. They came with a pamphlet outlining various physical therapy techniques, which I greatly appreciate. I'm going to look for a softer one until my hand strength improves. (All of my muscles have atrophied, and I am currently unable to use my hand. ).
I need to use to strengthen my wrist after it was broken. br> Everything is going well.
Because they're so small, the range from relaxed to fully compressed is only about 1/2". Moving your fingers 1/2" can provide therapy benefits that are difficult to obtain. These and real therapy balls (with spikes) were delivered at the same time; both will be returned. The REAL therapy balls (blue spikes) are excellent.
The RMS score is a four-point scale. The Hand Exercise Ball Pack is ideal for improving hand strength and grip. The color of the ball determines the level of effort required to exercise; the orange oval ball is the softest resistance level and serves as your starting point. Green denotes Medium, Red denotes Firm, and Blues denotes Extra Firm.
