How will you put this Fiddilink to work for you? When I try to move it around in my hand, it doesn't move?

Set the strength with the four dials, then press down on the four pads with your fingertips. If you can't squeeze it, it's either set too high or you need a model with less poundage.

It could be more fluid

It's not bad at all. I like that the tension can be adjusted, but pushing down on the grips can sometimes cause it to seize. To put it another way, the downward motion could be smoother, but it's the best I've found so far.
