Oh, my goodness, this has been fantastic for my physical therapy following a hand injury. Resistance training has been extremely beneficial in assisting me in regaining strength and mobility following my surgeries. This product comes with instructions on how to do a variety of exercises.
If you've had an injury to your hand or wrist, this product is ideal for rehabilitation. Even if you weren't injured, it would aid in the development of strength. It's also possible to use it with your foot. It is a professional physical therapy device that is ideal for use at home.
The resistance is much softer than stated in the product description. In addition, I'm not sure how long it'll last before it breaks.

My father needed something to keep his hands busy because he couldn't get them out of the claw position all the time. This was a fantastic solution. He could adjust the intensity and range of his hand exercise depending on where he grabbed, and he enjoys doing it while watching TV.
