It didn't live up to my expectations
3/5

It's possible that I'm to blame. But soft sponges were not what I was expecting. I'm not encountering any opposition. As a fitness enthusiast, perhaps my expectations were too high once more.

This is extremely beneficial

Therapy putty isn't as good as this
5/5

These resistance sponges were recommended to me by an occupational therapist who is helping me recover from a severe case of carpal tunnel syndrome. I've used the graded sets of therapy putty in the past, but I find that these are easier to use, produce better results, and don't attract cat hair (I have four cats, and no matter how careful I am, cat hair always ends up in the putty). They may appear to be a bit pricey, but my occupational therapist claims that she has been using her current set for over a year and that it performs similarly to my new set.
