It is firm and has a good texture, however it is small in size

Sadly, I have quite large hands, and this is too small even for full grip squeeze. One or two fingers can be used at will, one or two at a time. Its diameter is similar to that of a large egg, only Except for the size, this is quite a good product. I got the blue color which is solid enough to press with one or two fingers. When I am on Zoom calls, it is great to be able to keep my hands busy.

By far the best device ever used by this physician for hand therapy

There is nothing better than this hand exerciser that I have ever used. In addition, I have 25 years of clinical experience in occupational medicine. Since I was injured in Iraq, I had to retire and give up my practice, and now I use these for my own treatment.

The product comes in a variety of strengths and is useful for different purposes. It's easier to hold hands when the shape is an egg. My cable is a daily necessity for me.
