The medium putty, however, is something I wish was included. Because there is a significant difference between extra soft and medium. However, this is a fantastic product that I would purchase again.

This item appeals to me a lot. It was purchased for my elderly mother, who suffers from rheumatoid arthritis. We tried a variety of products over time, but the putty and exercise balls had to be purchased separately, and the cost was significantly higher. This one also includes detailed exercise instructions, making things a lot easier. Some of the exercises were familiar to my mother from her physical therapy sessions, but it was difficult for her to recall them all. She says she feels a lot better now that she's using this set almost every day. Thank you very much!.

The need for rehabilitation tools arose as a result of my trigger finger release surgery. I wanted putty and balls or eggs and a finger strengthening tool, so I looked on Amazon for them. This kit is fantastic, and it comes with a booklet that explains how to use the therapy tools. You should have used cotton or another fabric instead of the satin carrying case with nylon strings, so be prepared to spend more money on a better storage case.

My 87-year-old mother, who is receiving occupational therapy at home, was the recipient of this purchase. The therapist thought this was a great product and included it in his home workout routine. My mother loves the therapy putty and egg so much that she uses them on a daily basis. She's more likely to exercise now, and her hand strength to open jars, bottles, and packages has improved. I bought it for my mother, who is in her eighties. The arthritis in my left hand began to bother me. I'm making her do the exercises and follow the instructions. The stiffness has gotten better over time for her. According to what I've been told, the soreness/pain has subsided somewhat. I believe that, as with any therapy, continued use will result in positive results. The set is one that I would recommend. It comes with a nice selection of items that can be used for exercise.

I'm 63 years old and recently had both hands released from carpal tunnel syndrome. I'm not sure how well other seniors will be able to use these, but I'm hoping to start with the simplest devices and work my way up in two weeks! Even though the exercise guide is too large to fit in the pouch, I can still access it online!.
