There is no difference in weight between the two devices. It is harder to press different colors of keys due to different levels of resistance. The keys must be depressed with a given weight resistance according to each color.

Can you tell me if there are five items (yrgbb color) in the photo or how many colored grip flexes there are?

Although you get only one, I don't see a way for you to decide on which one to take. The blue one, which is much too heavy for me, was delivered instead, which I wasn't aware of. There will have to be someone to receive it, and I will have to find the other colors somewhere else

They are the country of origin, aren't they?

If you're having trouble with your hands, which is better Would you rather have a digiflex or a Digi-mail is my ot's method of communication The gripmaster looks similar to Flex, but I wonder if it is comparable to Gripmaster. ?

It was given to my mother for use during physical therapy. Both were available for her to use at the PT group where she attended. After surgery, her digiflex was the better option for her to use. Her joint problems have not been affected as she was able to strengthen certain muscles without affecting her joints. According to my observations, it varies from individual to In the end, she found that the digiflex was the most effective. I hope this is helpful.

I was able to strengthen my hand grip
5/5

It was so I could do the exercises at home that my physical therapist had me do while I was all the way down there. I'm getting on in years, so I have to grip and release to maintain my hand strength. By simultaneously using all my fingers, I was able to do the following Almost every day, I did this for three minutes on each hand. After a few weeks, my hand strength (measured by a grip measuring device) significantly increased. Also, more jars could be opened from my own.

It is a very effective hand therapy tool

A stroke struck him at the end of the year. During a period of physical rehabilitation I temporarily lost movement in my right hand and right side. When I was able to regain some movement, I used this to increase my speed of This is a highly recommended book. With your stronger hand, you will have fewer injuries. In case this one is too easy, you may want to purchase one that is tougher. Colors are different on each one, and I love it. This is an easy way to identify the item. It is up to you how much work you put into this to determine how quickly you will recover.

An order that did not meet the description
3/5

It surprised me that I thought it was five different hand exercises when I ordered it. A yellow, red, green, blue, and black should have been sent to me. I received a yellow, two green, and a black card in place of the red one. I found it to be a little For the set to be complete, I would have loved a blue as well. Could you please send me a blue one? I am not sure if it is worth sending it back and waiting for the blue one to arrive.

The fingers will thank you
5/5

A few years ago, I broke both my right hand and wrist in a bad fall. My physical therapist used this item in her sessions and several other Cando items as well. The one I always liked the most was this one. The program is a joy to use. It gives you the results very quickly and allows you to advance to the next level of resistance very quickly. Following my completion of my therapy, I decided to purchase the very same items I had used in my Therefore, I have only been using Cando products, which have a very good quality, since my therapist used these items for us. Color is my favorite thing about them- they are all different. The resistance levels are pre-coded in each item, so you know which level to use and can increase the resistance level as your hand strength increases. I highly recommend this product if you want to strengthen your fingers and hand. It is extremely helpful to exercise your fingers separately.

This is a great hand exercise for building up your fingers
5/5

I was recommended to do this after I had shoulder replacement surgery by my physical therapist. It took over a year for my hands to function properly again after I suffered that injury. After a few weeks of using this device, I was able to open a jar, rip open a foil bag, etc. It works with individual fingers as well as a group of fingers.

This is an excellent model in comparison to the other

A different brand that I bought was named Grip Master and was similar to this one. I like the Gripmaster because it is less expensive, but my hands are a bit too large to hold it. There was a fish that weighed 5 pounds. There are a total of 9 lbs in this one. Despite the weight of 5 lbs, I did over 200 reps of each hand. An example. Therefore, I felt that I needed something more, so I bought it. Here are my finger tips. I'm doing 100 reps on this one. We now have a 5 lb Grip Master and my wife uses it. My favorite feature about the DigiHour is that I can Having a grip that is larger than that of Flex, while still remaining very compact, is a great feature. It does cost more, but in the long run it's worthwhile. This is more convenient since I no longer have to reposition it every 25 repetitions like the Grip Master does. In my opinion, this is their strongest weight at 9 pounds. As a whole, I would highly recommend Digi-Key Put the Grip Master on top of the Flex. Please keep in mind that you must incorporate thumb exercises as well as finger exercises. Having spent the extra money to purchase this over a Walmart bargain, I am pleased with my purchase.

To help me cope with my , I bought this after suffering a serious injury
5/5

A friend recommended this after I was injured to assist my recovery following six months of outpatient physical therapy. It helped me continue to exercise and rebuild the muscle in my hands that I had lost. You should bear in mind that these digital images come in different weights I used Flex exercisers and they corresponded to the amount of resistance they can provide. This was the weight corresponding.

My first time, I had to return a smaller set because 1 spring was not working correctly. It will strengthen your hands and fingers if you use these tools. Her recommendation for home use was based on my experience with a similar brand when I was in occupational therapy.
