These are the best Bao Ding balls I've ever encountered. Solid. Sturdy case with a nice finish. It's made of real stainless steel and is resistant to corrosion. br>br>Because these are solid, the chimes aren't as quiet as they could be. These aren't the ones for you if you enjoy the sound of chimes and want them. br>br> I guess the real question is why aren't the other balls of the same high quality? This is how they should all be made. But, as we all know, manufacturers cut corners all the time, so go with these and you will not be disappointed. br>br>These are a little on the small side, I believe 1. They are not the largest, with a diameter of 57 inches. This company should make these in a variety of sizes, in my opinion. And, while I have larger hands and could use the larger Bao Ding, these work just fine for me, so I'm going to stick with them. br>br> Get 10 feet of surgical tubing and make a slingshot that will go through a car if the SHTF ever happens.

The weight gives your hands a good workout and the construction is very solid. I'll probably have to shine them at some point, but unless I misplace them, I don't think I'll ever need to buy another set; they'll outlast me: ) If you want something of high quality, you'll have to pay a little more. In this case, I definitely got my money's worth, and I'm satisfied. It is not a decorative case, but rather a practical one. In addition, the case is well-constructed. If you're traveling with them, it's a small zipper bag with an inlay where you can place them to keep them from colliding. I'd like to get them a decorative case, but I'm not sure that's what's being advertised and sold here: ) Of course, it's not a "one-size-fits-all" situation; in fact, few things are. There are far too many variables to take into account when comparing people. These seem like they'd be great for rehab and definitely for strength building. Consider the exact size and weight of these if you're looking for something light, petite, or for a child.

For my purposes, this is very useful. I suppose they'd be good for someone who just wants to build hand strength, but they don't seem to provide the other benefits I'm looking for if they're dropped. Despite the fact that they are non-profit, They clack when they come into contact with each other, chiming. Furthermore, because they are nothing more than stainless steel balls, they have no aesthetic value. These do come with a zipper case, which I like. br>Overall, I returned these and replaced them with Top Chi baoding balls, which I love and highly recommend - Lightweight, quiet, and appealing, with a zipper case (much smaller) and comparable price.

I really like these; they're a good size, if a tad on the large side, but they work great. Except when I get them clicked together, they don't make musical notes, which I like. They have a nice smooth feel to them. The only thing I can say about them that you should be concerned about is that they are extremely heavy for what they appear to be. However, that weight will aid in your wrist strength training, so don't be surprised if you can't do more than five at first. They're pound each and heavy. I have a backpack leather purse, so it's already heavy. However, if we're going somewhere and I'm bringing my person, I usually have to carry my stuff, which may include my husband's wallet and certainly some kid crap that they don't want to hold anymore. I will not, under any circumstances, carry these little guys in my purse due to their weight.

The goal is to practice with the balls touching, but the best way to practice is to rotate them without them touching. I would not recommend walking around while doing this because they are heavy enough to damage floors/tables if they fall out of your hand. These were purchased on a whim and have proven to be quite enjoyable. These are large stainless steel ball bearings that have been repurposed as heavy Baoding balls and are perfectly polished. If your hands are small or weak, a smaller pair may be preferable. My hands are small but strong, and they did an excellent job. I still haven't figured out how to make a non-alcoholic beverage. Although these exercises do not require any contact, they do improve hand strength and agility with minimal effort.

These are fantastic in every way: they're smooth, solid, comfortable, and come with a handy zip-up case. Because this is my first set, the only recommendation I have is that you research sizes first; I have slightly larger than average hands, and these feel a little large for a first timer. So there's nothing wrong with this product or the company. I strongly advise you to buy these, but do your research on the sizes. 5 stars!.

I wanted to write this review because I think this product is absolutely fantastic, and I'm extremely pleased with it. The case that these come in is of excellent quality - Even the zipper is very sturdy and has a high quality feel to it. For me, the Baoding Balls themselves are ideal in every way - I found exactly what I needed. It's a substantial piece that's well-crafted. There was no residue on the hands, no odors, nothing like that - Simply put, this was an outstanding performance. So long as you're happy with the first. If you're looking for solid, heavy, stainless steel Baoding Balls, I can't think of a better set than these. They're 57 inches in diameter (which is small, but probably the standard size for Boading Balls). 10/10.
