Depending on the amount of data you have, you may have to re-program them. There was a problem with our battery and we now need a new one Our goal is to return the scale to its original status but we are still experiencing difficulties. There is no way I can tell. It does not come with a user manual, does it? The item was purchased by my son for his birthday. It is recommended to research or watch videos I am sorry to be of no assistance.

I intend to access that information Unfortunately, this scale is too small to do that. Despite the fact that you can enter information for up to 8 people, it is useless if you cannot even refer back to information entered by one individual. It's not Bluetooth enabled, and you can't download the information into any PDF, Excel spreadsheet, or other format, but you should at least be able to manually press a button to look back at previous information from previous weigh-ins. As an example. It will be easier to note and track any this scale does not allow you to do that. There is nothing in the setup manual that I can find. I may be missing something, but I have not found anything in the manual. Additionally, I have repeatedly tried to contact the number listed in the manual but without success. Initially, I hear a ringing tone, I respond to the prompt, then it rings 4 times more before disconnecting. I have even tried to use a different prompt to see if I would get a different result, and I have not received one.
Since there is no Customer Service to speak of and it is impossible to access previous information, I can only award this product three.
After 3 days, after I got it, I loved it, but after that, it stopped working in general. It would start counting down from 300lbs as soon as I stepped on it. As it was counting down, it would just shut off and it never turned back on again. The old one had to go back so I got a new one. Hopefully this one will last.
As designed, the system works. It is really close to the mark. The report does state you won't get 100% accurate readings because you don't have the hand sensor, but that they are in the close range. my doctor and use the one they have with the hand sensor and they are only slightly different from mine. I was only able to see my weight on this scale. Upon receiving the scale, it was not reading my muscle mass, water percentage, bone mass, etc. I tried troubleshooting it but to no avail, so I decided to return it the next day.
