A lot of things on paper indicate that this product will be a hit. It is the #1 best seller on Amazon, has an impressive website, and even has a card in the box that states "If you're unhappy, call this number and we will do our very best to make it right. " This trip has been a total mess so far. When I got it, I charged it up, the battery indicator light turned from red to green meaning "it's ready" and I tried to operate it, but it's unresponsive. I know what they mean. It's not the first time I've had a DOA product. We can talk over the phone. This is incorrect. On Friday, in the middle of the day, my phone rang. Maintenance is currently taking place throughout the entire company. An entire company is closed for maintenance? Who does that? My first reaction was to think that was weird. However, it is not a problem. California's number was called on Monday, later in the morning. The call was answered four times but no one answered. Said "sorry that we couldn't talk to you. Please call us It is not necessary to wait in line. The object of my message is not to wait around for two days without receiving a Call back a couple of times and now it says "The Time Warner phone subscriber isn't set up for voicemail and cannot send or receive messages. ". As an IT professional, I work with computers. Things do go down from time to time. There is a crash of systems. My experience with the site so far has not been great. It was a bad experience with the company and I shouldn't have had to wait around for them to fix their systems. So I set up a replacement through Amazon instead. As I said, I was hoping the replacement would work and I could change my 1 star to something better, but this company has not impressed You can expect more updates soon. Update

It arrived that the scale needed to be replaced. On reviews, it is noted to hold the reset button while the machine is restarting. By holding the reset button I was able to reset the broken scale. It's Boom! I got it to work. Therefore, it is imperative that I return the one that I didn't even take out of the box over the one that was defective. size of the scale is pretty amazing, and the app makes it easy for you to track how you're doing There is a lack of documentation and there is an issue with the phone systems that will allow me to give this 4 stars. If this whole mishap hadn't occurred, I would have given it 5 stars. The company even messaged me to check if the scales were working now, which was very nice of them.

So far, I am very pleased with this scale, even though I have only had it a short time. When compared to the major brands, the price of this product is very competitive, it looks great, and it is easy to use. We waited about 5 seconds for calibration), and in about six seconds we were connected to your phone while it measured your weight and bio impedance. 0 is at the center of the scale. In other words, it seems accurate enough to weigh five pounds more than my previous scale. In addition to tracking your measurements over time, the app also displays 'ideal' ranges for things like BMI, weight, body fat %, etc. I like the fact that it can be recharged, but my device has only been with me for two weeks. Should anything unusual occur (i. e. a short battery life or a failure to power on), I will update my review. There was very little setup involved with the app, and it was easy to install. There were only reasonable permissions asked for on Android. My initial concern was that it would be one of those apps that requires access to my contacts, microphone, and that it might carry my firstborn child. I was wrong, though. Additionally, it was extremely easy for me to connect it to Fitbit (the reason I bought this scale), and now I have a clear picture of my total fitness in one location. As a whole, this scale is very satisfactory to me. My experience with this scale has been excellent. It is easy to use, but it does all of the things you'd expect from a smart scale, at a reasonable price. I was skeptical that something as cheap as this would meet my expectations, but I couldn't be happier.

The battery had to be fully charged for 2 hours. Bluetooth is used to connect the app to the wearable. My weight is not the only thing that I can monitor over time I can also track my BMI trends, my body fat levels, my metabolic rate, and even my body mass index.
This app can tell you how healthy you are, and I recommend buying it.

This is a HIGHLY RECOMMENDED book. Dieting for the past 2 months has given me a very iffy scale reading. As soon as I got on, I could weigh myself, get off, and then weigh myself again, and I would get two To help keep track and make sure I am staying honest with myself, I also wanted a scale I could sync with my phone. With the free app that can be downloaded, you can share it with someone else or manage multiple profiles with no problem. The scale looks sleek, doesn't weigh much, and the free app can be easily installed. Besides the fact that it tracks more than just weight, I love the fact that it does so much more. By eating this way, I am held accountable for staying on track.
