Higher goods is one of the best companies to work for. As you know, nothing is perfect, I had an old model that suddenly stopped working after 2 years, but, I simply contacted customer service, and they replaced it with a new one. I received a refund for my old purchase and They sent me a promo code for the "better" Bluetooth version from the last time I bought. My initial purchase ended up being cheaper than what I paid for it. Please make sure to register your purchase, in case something like this happens to you as well.
To get any other information besides your weight, you need to download the app. Furthermore, you have to supply a wealth of personal information to use the app, which has nothing to do with finding out your BMI or any other statistics. The information being collected is too invasive. Just another form of data mining. It would be great if you could find another answer that simply gives you your personal information without being "marketed" Considering I already purchased the scale, it is unethical to make me add my personal information to their mailing list, which they will probably sell to third parties. To connect my new scale to the Weight Gurus app, I had to link my old one first, but that is because I already had that app associated with my old scale. I was immediately able to connect the new scale after deleting the old one. Throughout that time, the device has operated flawlessly. My favorite feature is that I don't have to press a ton of buttons on the scale or app to sync it (had to when I had the former scale). It takes my weight in an app, and I don't need to do anything but step on the scale. I love it!.
