The previous version of this scale had nice improvements, so I got the newer one. The app has been enhanced and is now smaller and more easily portable. It now also displays body fat % and BMI without the user having to open the app. In addition to Bluetooth and WiFi, this scale allows you to upload your stats through your computer. I prefer the white display on the previous model as much as the red display on the current IMO, the new version is a little easier on the eyes, but not too drastic. Tracking progress via this app is easy, and it provides a couple more statistics than the previous scale did.
